As you’ll be aware, we are currently in a national lockdown which is expected to last until at least Wednesday 2nd December.

We have received the official guidance from British Rowing and as expected have closed the boathouse and ceased all rowing activities from the facility. We will wait until British Rowing gives us the go ahead to open up again.

Once we are allowed to open up again, we will make every attempt to get people out on the water as quickly and as safely as possible.

Similar to the last lockdown, we will be providing a number of activities and programmes to our members during this time. Including zoom circuit sessions, strength and conditioning, high intensity interval training and mobility/flexibility sessions.

We’ll also be continuing our technical seminars with Robin Williams and online squad meet ups: whether this be in the form of quizzes, gaming or just a virtual coffee morning.
