City of Cambridge Rowing Club is looking to recruit a full time Head Coach for the club.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance to the next level with a view to building long term success and member engagement across the club.  The Head Coach will work with the squad captains and a team of volunteer coaches to deliver a top tier program that both inspires and enables the club’s athletes to achieve their potential.

City of Cambridge Rowing Club is the oldest town rowing clubs in Cambridge.  The club has a broad membership from juniors, through seniors to masters across sweep and sculling.  It competes both regionally and nationally.  The club has recently completed a new £1.1 million boathouse which includes a modern gym, clubroom and boat bay with the most modern fleet on the river Cam.

Salary will be in excess of £30,000 p/a commensurate with experience.
